distance between parking and pool entrance? parking is not easy if you are not a mills student, staff or faculty. most people have to park in a lot that is quite a hike away. if you have a disabled placard, sometimes they will allow you to park in the lot closest to the pool. from that lot, you must walk up a flight of stairs or go the long way around to take the ramp.

OTHER COMMENTS:

this pool also has lots of sun bathers. the pool is large, the pool area is quite beautiful with trees and sky. it gets fairly crowded when it’s warm out.

  1. Despite the crappy hours for working people, and the small and terrible locker room.. there is no better pool in the east bay, imho. It is spacious, clean, always room to swim, lots and lots of lanes.

  2. If you tell them at the gate you’re using the pool, security will frequently let you drive onto campus to park closer to the pool or in the small pool-use parking lot.
